How do we make our pepper paste?
We mix 20% Çanakkale tomatoes into our tomato paste made with hot red peppers and Çarliston red peppers, boil it in a copper cauldron with rock salt, then lay it on copper trays and leave it to dry in the sun.
Our hot pepper pastes are dried in the sun and packaged in accordance with health conditions without losing their freshness. Those who want to order can examine our product by clicking here.
Also; while we are talking about our ready-made Mavras Hot Pepper Paste, we recommend you to try our Mavras Special Hot Sauce and Çanakkale Tomato Sauce, which are on sale in 500 gram jars produced from natural ingredients that you can use in many recipes.
