Lavender, with its calming effect, provides a feeling of freshness and vitality and helps reduce stress. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe dry, irritated skin. For those with sleep problems, placing lavender soap under the pillow at night can regulate sleep and improve sleep quality.

Usage: Wet the soap and apply it to the skin or hair, then lather and rinse.
