Mavras Cold Pressed Natural Virgin Ripe Harvest Olive Oil offers one of nature's most balanced flavor profiles. This special product is obtained from organically certified olives grown in the fertile lands of Edremit Bay and carefully harvested during the ripe harvest season. During this period, when olives turn purple and black, they yield more oil and provide a softer, more delicate taste.
Mavras prioritizes processing the olives immediately after harvest using the cold-press method. This method preserves both the nutritional value and natural aroma of the oil. With a maximum free fatty acid (Oleic acid) content of 1.5, Mavras Cold Pressed Natural Virgin Olive Oil is 100% natural and free of preservatives. It has a wide range of uses, from salads to hot dishes. Compared to early harvest olive oil, its bitterness and pungency are milder, making it perfect for both raw consumption and cooking.
Harvested in November and December, Mavras Cold Pressed Natural Virgin Ripe Harvest Olive Oil is an indispensable part of a healthy lifestyle.
