It is obtained during the early harvest period using the cold pressing method at temperatures below 24°C, without any protective additives. You can experience the perfect taste and aroma of our extra virgin olive oil, which has a free fatty acid content (as oleic acid) of no more than 0.8, by consuming it raw.
